This policy covers beforetheybounce.com and the inquiry form on it. Websites we build for clients have their own policies.
What we collect
When you send our inquiry form, we receive what you enter, such as:

- your message and the service you’re asking about
- how and when you’d like us to contact you
- any address or area you enter, which we use to check where you’re located
Like most websites, our servers also process technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the form safe from spam and abuse. The form may set a small functional cookie used by its address lookup. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote for your business
- to keep a record of our conversations with you
- to protect the site and form from abuse
We don’t sell your information.
Who processes it
We use a few service providers to run this site and our lead desk:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
- Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
- Telegram delivers new-inquiry alerts, including the details you send, to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up with you and keep business records, and we review what we hold from time to time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, and we’ll respond and act on your request where we can.
